Confronting Uncertainty in a Changing Environment

Lars Peter Hansen, 2013 Nobel laureate, is a world-class researcher in economic dynamics, econometrics and uncertainty. In this talk, he will be speaking on the impact of uncertainty on markets and the economy.

2015 University of Chicago and Chicago Consular Corps Holiday Reception

Members of the Chicago Consular Corps and UChicago community will gather to solidify already existing relationships and highlight global activities as UChicago celebrates its 125 years of global inquiry and impact. The reception will be hosted by President Robert J. Zimmer and The Honorable Patricia Maza-Pittsford, Consul General, El Salvadoran Consulate General in Chicago and Dean of the Consular Corps in Chicago.

Chicago Booth Global Leadership Series

Beijing Alumni Summit

On August 15, more than 200 alumni and friends in China celebrated the University of Chicago Center in Beijing’s 5th anniversary – and the University’s 125th – with remarks from President Robert J. Zimmer and Center faculty director Professor Dali Yang and a day of lively panel discussions and events organized by the Alumni Club of Beijing.
