Baris Ata takes a problem-driven approach to bridge the theory and practice of operations management. He has studied the delivery of healthcare services, sustainable operations, management of manufacturing and service operations, and revenue management. Ata’s current research interests include operational issues in the criminal justice system and the logistical challenges of last-mile delivery issues in Sub-Saharan Africa.
