Yingming Zhao

Yingming Zhao is the Louis Block Professor of Ben May Department of Cancer Research at the University of Chicago. Zhao received his PhD from the Rockefeller College in New York, and his current work focuses on post-translational modifications (PTMs), which represent a major vehicle to diversify a cellular proteome, the inventory of all protein species in an organism, and have critical roles in all the major cellular pathways and diseases.
